Return & Refund Policy for Shopolla

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund: We offer refunds for the following situations:
- Products damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect items received.
- Products not delivered within the specified delivery time.
- Items significantly different from the product description.
2. Return Process: If, for any reason, one of our products does not meet your expectations or if you'd like to request a return, contact us at info@shopolla.gr. Our return policy lasts for 14 days. So if you want to return any product, you can initiate the return request within 14 days after receiving the product. If applicable, we will provide you with return instructions.
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos as evidence.
- Please ensure that the product(s) are in their original packaging and adequately protected during the return process.
- We charge return shipping fixed €3
You can send the return product at physical address of the store.

5. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or tampering not caused during shipping.
6. Cancelled Orders: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support info@shopolla.gr team immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the regular refund process outlined above.
8. Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchange of the products.
